Fadil El Ghoul, better known by his stage name R3hab, is a Dutch DJ, record producer and remixer of Moroccan origin from Breda. Alongside Afrojack and Chuckie, he is one of the proponents of the modern Dutch house subgenre.R3hab, aka Fadil El Ghoul, has been on a fast ascent to join the EDM big league the past few years, with his trademark remixes embraced by festival crowds the world over.
he’s taken the next step this year with the release of his debut album, ‘Trouble’.
“It was so exciting to venture on a new journey, discover new things about myself as an artist,” he tells DJ Mag. “And when the album came together, it was like an epiphany. It’s something that I’ve always dreamed of doing, and the process came together so naturally.”
All of this happened during a typical year of what R3had says involved several twists and turns. “In between playing a lot of amazing shows and festivals, I’m planning to keep the new music coming,” he says.
