Producing under the artist name SUBMERSIVE, which stems from submerging one’s self in the subsonic bass frequencies of music, the trail-blazing 26 year old producer takes listeners on an ethereal journey beyond the tangible world. “The goal of my music is to give people a transcendent experience in a musical environment,” explains SUBMERSIVE, who has become an innovator of new sound within the structured genre. Though SUBMERSIVE is already making strides in the LA music scene, his sonic revolution started years ago when he first discovered the power of rhythm.
Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, SUBMERSIVE first picked up a pair of drum sticks at the age of ten, which then lead him to explore different realms of music. He played his first DJ event at the ripe age of thirteen and never looked back. Years later, SUBMERSIVE moved to Los Angeles, the heart of the US dance music scene, and pursued his career as both a DJ and music producer with a mission to heighten all senses through the hypnotic art-form of Trance. Now SUBMERSIVE continues to fuse fresh melodic concepts with Trance’s driving basslines and rhythm-oriented style. It’s without a doubt that the exhilarating additives to the genre take all SUBMERSIVE fans on a ride through space and time, and breathes life back into the universal energy that connects us all.
