2. Group Seating Not GuaranteedGroup seating is not guaranteed. Arrive early to increase your chances of sitting together with your group.
3. Communal SeatingSeating at the event may be communal, meaning you could be seated with attendees outside of your group. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement. Booth seats are also communal seating and will be limited to four tickets per booth.
4. Age Requirement – 21 and OverThis event is strictly for attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification proving they are at least 21 years of age will be denied entry without a refund.
5. Lineup Subject to ChangeThe event lineup is subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to lineup changes.
6. Right to Refuse EntryWe reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who is visibly intoxicated, under the influence of any substance, or causing a disturbance. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
7. Authorized Ticket Purchases OnlyOnly tickets purchased directly from Eventbrite will be honored. We do not support or accept tickets obtained from third parties or scalpers. Any resale, attempted resale, or exchange of tickets will result in the cancellation of the ticket without compensation.
8. Identification RequirementValid identification matching the ticket buyer’s information is required for admission. Failure to provide valid identification will result in denial of entry without a refund.
9. Photography and Video Recording ProhibitedPhotography, video recording, and audio recording of the event by attendees are strictly prohibited. Any person found violating this policy will be removed from the venue without a refund, and any recorded material will be subject to confiscation.
10. Disruptive Behavior ProhibitedAny loud talking, talking back, or heckling of comedians during the show is strictly prohibited. Attendees who engage in disruptive behavior will be removed from the venue without a refund.
11. No Outside Food or BeveragesOutside food and beverages are not permitted at the event. Any attendees found with outside food or beverages will be asked to discard them or may be denied entry without a refund.
12. Late ArrivalsEntry is not guaranteed after the event has started. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of seating or entry without a refund.
13. Accessible SeatingLimited accessible seating is available. Please contact the venue in advance to arrange accommodations.
14. Weather PolicyThis event will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
15. Ticket TransfersTickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer. Any unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation without compensation.

21. Attendee Assumes RiskBy attending this event, you assume all risks associated with viewing comedy material that may challenge or conflict with your personal beliefs or sensitivities. No refunds will be issued based on offense taken to the show’s content.
22. No Content-Related RefundsRefunds will not be issued for disagreements with or offense taken to the show’s content, including foul language, adult humor, or controversial material.
23. Respect for Performers and AudienceAttendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the show. Disruptive or confrontational reactions to the content will result in removal from the venue without a refund.
24. Emotional Distress WaiverThe organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any emotional distress caused by the content of the show. By attending, you waive all claims against the organizers, venue, and performers regarding the material presented.
