2017 has been a year of change for Shogun,who has ditched his trance roots and is now firmly entrenched in the EDM and trap scenes. You only need look at his trap remix of his own biggest tune, ‘Skyfire’, for proof of his new sound.
He also had success with his remix of Hardwell’s ‘Thinking About You’ and did a huge cover for Phantom Of The Opera, as well as playing headline shows at huge venues round Asia and “new cities like Tianjin in China where I haven’t been before, which was great.”
